Plainfield: A Pleasant Place Where the Past and Present Overlap Perfectly

Plainfield Township is one of the largest suburbs of Grand Rapids, and it's boundaries include several other townships, including Belmont, Comstock Park, Northview, Buena Vista, and Childsdale. The sprawling nature of the township means there is a wide assortment of housing options available, and plenty of exciting and relaxing attractions and businesses, depending on what part of Plainfield you're exploring! There are restaurants, eateries, local meat shops, and churches and schools throughout this community, making it a great place to call home. 

There is plenty to keep the local community busy, including a Farmer's Market, the local history museum, called the Hyser Rivers Museum, which hosts a Civil War Re-Enactment every Fall, and some of the best-loved local eateries in the greater Grand Rapids area. For those who prefer to get out and about, there are nine parks in Plainfield, including a swim beach, sports fields, and plenty of playgrounds for the little ones.
